To be honest, we were completely blown away by the service that your company provided.

Gavin was incredibly efficient and reassuring. Jimmy and Josh were amazing. We found them incredibly reassuring, especially with the extent of infestation our house has experienced. They were approachable, engaging, great at explaining what was happening, and we can’t recommend them enough.

This was by far the best service we have ever received from a company, and we were incredibly impressed.

We will not hesitate to recommend you to others, and would definitely use you again (although we hope not to, in the nicest possible way!).

We were referred to The Preservation Company when we were looking to buy a new property.

The Preservation Company Surveyor, Colin, promptly undertook a survey to examine the roof space for wood-boring insects. He provided a timely report and an estimate of cost to rectify the problem.

Once we had moved in, I contacted Colin who referred me to Gail at the office in Auchtermuchty. We were given a date the following week for the work to be done.

The team members who undertook the work were friendly and efficient, even down to cleaning the area they had been working in. The administrative staff have been equally friendly and efficient whenever I had cause to contact them.

We would heartily recommend The Preservation Company.

The team have been great, Gail and Diane were very helpful during the organisation and arranging dates etc. Colin was brilliant during the survey and also popped in to check on progress as the work was being done. Jimmy and Josh came and did the work to a very high standard and were very professional and really good guys, they were excellent throughout. Grant came in to plaster afterwards and did a great job too, and again, was very hard working, friendly, and professional. We are very happy with the service provided by all of the team.

Andy and Shaun worked efficiently, pleasantly and tidily to get a messy job done with minimum fuss or disruption – including the dog! They kept me updated  and I really appreciated their expertise and communication on next steps.
